Obituary for Mickie E. Presnell
Mickie E. Presnell, age 61, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Saturday, April 7, 2018, in Belmont County, Ohio, as the result of a trucking accident. He was born March 22, 1957, in Banner Elk, North Carolina, son of the late Jasper Grant and Maggie M. Gray Presnell. He was employed as a truck driver for ECM Energy Services. Mickie enjoyed fishing and he loved listening to country music. He enjoyed telling stories and had a wonderful sense of humor. He was devoted to his family and loved talking about his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah B. Plymire Presnell, whom he married January 27, 1989; his children, Stacy D. Hill (Bryan McCoy) of Columbus, Tracy S. (Beth) Presnell of Cambridge, Jessica E. (Thomas, II) Gibbons of Ashland, Ohio, Bill D. (Donna) Lanning of Byesville, and Jennifer L. (Nathan) Anglin of Grove City; his siblings, Robert R. Presnell, Grant (Dorothy) Presnell, and Geneva Lofton, all of North Carolina, Randolph Scott (Anita) Presnell of Montana, and Roger (Sandy) Presnell of Caldwell; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may call Wednesday, April 11, 2018, from 12PM-2PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will follow visitation at 2PM with Pastor Keith Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Olive Cemetery in Caldwell.
